What this is

Gen X AI Club ("we", "us") provides educational content about using artificial intelligence tools, an AI-powered coaching assistant, and related digital products at genxaiclub.com.

Not professional advice

Content and coach answers are general education. They are not legal, medical, tax, financial, employment or other professional advice. AI can make mistakes. You are responsible for checking anything you rely on and for how you use it. We make no promise about income, employment or business results.

Accounts and access

Keep your login private. Memberships are for one person and may not be shared or resold. We may suspend accounts that abuse the coach, share access, or violate these terms.

Payments and cancellation

Payments are processed by Stripe. Memberships renew each period until canceled. You can cancel any time from your account; you keep access until the end of the period you paid for. Any free trial converts to a paid membership unless you cancel before it ends. See the refund policy.

Acceptable use

Do not use the coach to produce illegal, harmful or deceptive content, and do not enter confidential information you are not permitted to share.

Content ownership

Playbooks and briefs are licensed to you for personal and internal business use. You may not copy, republish or resell them. Prompts you write and outputs you create are yours.

Availability and liability

The service is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Some places do not allow certain limits, and those limits then apply only as far as the law permits.
